Jamshedpur, May 25: Shashank Nidhi Construction Pvt. Ltd. has announced the launch of its ambitious Green City project, a premium residential township spread across 4 acres of CNT-free land adjacent to NIT Dream City in Asangi. The project features one high-rise tower and 15 luxurious triplex units, offering 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK flats, 15 penthouses, and 15 triplex homes, all equipped with over 40 modern amenities.
Addressing the media, Directors Vijay Kumar and Ayush Kumar stated that the project was RERA-registered and loan approvals would be available from all major banks. High-quality construction materials were being used, including premium red bricks sourced from West Bengal. Buyers would receive a five-year defect liability warranty, ensuring free repairs for any construction issues. Additionally, maintenance would be handled by the builder for five years, after which a residents’ society would take over.
Affordable pricing had been set at Rs. 2,500 per sq. ft. for flats and Rs. 3,200 per sq. ft. for triplexes, which would include elevator access.
The Bhoomi Pujan ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Tata Workers Union President Tunnu Chaudhary, Pramod Kumar Singh, Kanchan Tiwari, and Baban Rai.
