Jamshedpur, Jan. 19: East Singhbhum district congress committee organised membership drive programme at Nirmal Guest House on Thursday where number of workers from BJP and AJSU joined Congress.
Chief Guest for the occasion was Bijay Khan, president, East Singhbhum district congress committee while senior party leader PN Jha was the guest of honour.
All the new members were welcomed by the district president.
All the new members were informed about the ideology of Congress party and were imparted two-hours training by congress leaders Aparna Guha, Ajay Mishra, Shafi Ahmed Khan, Jitendra SIngh, Moulana Ansar, B Tiwary, Ajaz Sanjay SIngh, Rajkishore Yadav, Ramswaroop Yadav, Shahnawaz Khan, Parvinder Saini, Sourabh Jha and others.
