Series of events mark �Hindi Diwas� at NHES

Jamshedpur, Sept. 14: Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) observed �Hindi Diwas� on September 14, with a range of events. The programme was based on the theme �Namami Gange�. The celebration began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and was followed by a speech on �Hindi Diwas� by Saurav of Std. X. This was followed by a �Samvad� presentation on the topic �Ganga� by the students of Std. V and Std. VIII. The students from Std. VIII to Std. XI presented a group song. A skit presentation by the students of Std. IV on �Swatchhta� was appreciated by all. The students of Std. IV presented a group recitation on �Tree� while students from Std. VII to Std. X organized �Kavi Sammelan� which was conducted by Namrata Thakkar of Std. XII. The group dance performed by students of Std. VII & VIII made the audience spell bound. Mahima Parmar of Std. XII delivered the Vote of Thanks. The programme was designed by Hindi teachers.
