Seraikela: Three members of rebel Maharaj Pramanik gang held

Seraikela, Apr 12: Seraikela police tasted a success by nabbing three active members of the dreaded Maoist leader Maharaj Pramanik gang and sending them to judicial custody. 
The Maoist who were nabbed by the police include Malindranath Majhi, Sujit Munda and Chamburam Munda. Police also recovered cash of Rs 5000, a motorcycle, four smartphones, and a Maoist literature from their possession. 
Seraikela SP Mohammed Arshi said that they had got tip-off about activities of the Maharaj Pramanik faction and Chowka, Chandil, Ichagarh and Kuchai thana officials along with CRPF 193 battalion conducted raid at different locations and nabbed Sujit Munda with cash, Maoist literature and mobile phone  from Chowka thana area and on his direction nabbed another Maoists from  Kuchai thana area Chamburam Munda and Malindra Majhi from Ichagarh thana area who was responsible for collection levy for Maoist.
