Kolkata, Dec. 23: With a view to rejuvenate the cultural activities, amongst railway employees and their family members, South Eastern Railway organized virtual cultural event at BNR Auditorium, SER Headquarters on Wednesday afternoon.
This cultural event has been organized to unfold the inherent cultural talents of railway men and their wards. South Eastern Railway is teemed with cultural people. This event would help to develop socio-cultural competence and will widen the emotional sensibility to remain active in their cultural life which was missing due to pandemic situation.
This will also help employees to inculcate personality related skills which includes dancing, songs, dramas etc. Today’s event was chalked out with dancing and song performances. The programme was virtually live and high officials of Ministry of Railways and the employees of other Zonal Railways witnessed and enjoyed.
Zarina Firdausi, Principal Chief Personnel Officer along with few other officials were present. This cultural function was done with strict observance of social distancing, mandatory wearing of face masks along with provision of hand wash and sanitisers.
