Gamharia: The nationwide bandh called by the Congress party on 10th September against rising prices of petrol and diesel is going to be historic. This was announced on Saturday by the spokesperson of Kolhan divisional committee of Congress Rakesh Tiwary.
Tiwary said the entire opposition had united to put up a strong protest against the rising fuel prices in the country. Preparations are on in full swing to make the bandh successful, he said.
Tiwary said the BJP-led government was in slumber and that it needed to be woken up by the people reeling under inflation. He said the Rafale deal would prove to be the biggest scam of the country. He alleged that the Prime Minister and his allies were responsible for the scam.
The Congress spokesperson appealed to all stakeholders to make the bandh a grand success. He said a torchlight procession would be taken out tomorrow on the eve of the nationwide bandh.
