Jamshedpur, Nov 30: A seminar on ‘The impact of lifestyle on teaching skills’ was organized at Excel India Model School at Murakati in Birsanagar. Chief Guest and renowned Odisha physician, Dr. Akshay Kumar Mishra explained to the students that the curriculum balanced with practical and physical activities was the core to emerging as as ideal citizens of the future.
Special Guest, educationist Tapas Rauth, in his address, advocated the necessity of maintaining balance between social and literary education, development of moral values and teacher-student relationship to the audience.
The interactive session during the seminar saw students asking several questions on ideal education that were effectively answered by Dr Akshay Kumar Mishra. Students from classes 6 to 10, school Principal Mamata Kumari along with faculty members Subhadra Kumari, Dulari Besra, Kavita Nayak, Pinky Kumari, Manjulata Sahu, Seema Sharma, Abhimanyu Singh, Shefali Tudu and others participated in the seminar.
