Selection trial for football and archery trainees in Jamshedpur on June 29

Jamshedpur, June 25: Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Ranchi, Jharkhand, in collaboration with the District Administration East Singhbhum Sports Branch, is organizing a one-day talent selection trial competition for the 2024-25 session. The event, supervised by the District Sports Officer of East Singhbhum, aims to identify and recruit talented trainees for football and archery residential sports training centers across Kolhan Division.

The trials will take place on Saturday, 29 June 2024, at 9:00 AM. Football trials for both boys and girls will be held at the Tinplate Sports Complex, Jamshedpur, while archery trials will be conducted at the AEC Ground (near BPM School), Burmamines, Jamshedpur.

Eligibility and Registration: Participants must be between the ages of 10 and 14 and hail from the districts of East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, or Saraikela Kharsawan. Interested players are required to bring two passport-size photographs, their Aadhaar card, birth certificate, and any sports achievement certificates they may have.

Football: For Boys –Upgraded Vidya Mandir Chakradharpur Residential Football Training Center: 5 vacancies, Residential Football Training Center Kharsawan: 5 vacancies. Total Vacancies for Boys: 10

For Girls-Upgraded Vidya Mandir Chakradharpur Residential Football Training Center: 5 vacancies.

In Archery: Boys-Residential Archery Training Center Dugni Saraikela Kharsawan: 1 vacancy
