Jamshedpur: An inspirational session titled “Secrets of Self-Empowerment” was organized at Universal Peace Palace Retreat Center, the main service center of Prajapita Brahmakumari Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya, Marine Drive, Sonari. The session was conducted by Dr. Mohit Gupta, Director Professor of Cardiology at GB Hospital, New Delhi.
The event saw participation from doctors as well as individuals from various fields. Dr. Mohit emphasized, “Work happily, don’t work for happiness. Never say you are busy—be easy.” He highlighted how a lack of happiness, love, gratitude, and the presence of anger weaken a person mentally.
“Self-empowerment is the key to sweet relationships. Despite busy schedules, families should at least have dinner together to maintain love and support in relationships,” he said. He urged attendees to cleanse their minds just as they clean their homes daily, emphasizing that success is just “one thought away.”
Dr. Mohit advocated for the regular practice of Rajyoga Meditation, which, he stated, “reprograms brain cells and enhances overall well-being.” He encouraged everyone to visit Brahma Kumaris centers, where meditation is taught free of cost.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by senior doctor P.P. Chawla, who shared that he has been following Dr. Mohit’s teachings on YouTube.
