Secretary to CM listens to complaints, directs necessary action

Ranchi, Sept 15: Secretary to CM Mr. Sunil Kumar Burnwal directed the officers to speed up resolving the complaints registered with the Chief Minister Jan Samvad Kendra. He said it while talking to senior officers of different districts through video conferencing.

He listened to the complaints of people & told the officers to show efficiency in sorting out the problems. After listening to the complaint of Prabhawati Devi of Bokaro, the secretary asked the concerned nodal officer to submit report on the complaint why the family has neither been given employment on compensation basis nor any compensation after the on duty death of home guard personnel Jagad Lal Prasad.

Taking cognizance of a dysfunctional transformer for the last three years at Harkur, Dharpa & Pathargama village, the secretary asked the nodal officer about the state of the affairs & found that the nodal officer was not well informed.

He directed the officers to come to the meeting well prepared or be ready for proceedings. At the same time, he directed the senior police officers to crack down on the sale of illicit liquor.

Regarding removal of Roshan Kumar from the post of computer operator at NRHM office in Latehar, Mr. Burnwal asked the health dept. nodal officer to rectify if there is any technical mistake regarding appointment of the person.

Against encroachment of public tube well by Mohan Tola resident Mr. Shailendra Srivastava for the last five months, the secretary directed the officers of Khunti district to take action against the wrongdoer in two days.

In connection with appointment as peon & nonpayment of honorarium to Manohar Prasad for the last 14 years by the Road Construction Department, the Secretary asked the Chief Engineer to submit a report in this regard.

He looked cross on nonpayment of compensation against land acquisition of Rafik Ch. Mandal of Ichagarh village in Seraikela-Kharsawan. He asked the officials how long the complainant will have to wait.

He directed the officers to provide perfect information within a day. While discussing the complaint of Mr. Kiran Vishwakarma against Irrigation Department, he said that bribery & corruption will not be tolerated at any level.

He charged the concerned officers in connection with a dysfunctional transformer for the last 16 months at Kapursai village in West Singhbhum.
