Jamshedpur: S.D.S.M. School for Excellence celebrated Red Day on 29th June, in the school premises. The motive behind the event was to infuse the concept of red colour and make the tiny tots aware of the importance of red colour, which symbolizes love and diligence.
The tiny tots looked stunning red attires and felt bright, lively and cheerful. The school and bulletin boards were decorated with red balloons and craft work with different cut outs of shapes of fruits and vegetables. Teachers were also dressed in red.
The event was greatly motivated and supported by Vice-Principal,
Mrs. Ragini Singh, Pre-Primary Co-ordinator, Pre Primary teachers and all the subject Co-ordinators along with other teaching faculties. The teacher incharge for the event was teacher Minu Juneja (Primary).
The programme was a wonderful experience which helped children to sort and classify objects based on colours and reinforcing their cognitive skills.
