Jamshedpur, Sept. 22: SDSM School for Excellence Celebrated Elders� Day in the school auditorium to share an aura of cherished moments in the lives of grandparents. The programme was conducted in the presence of Principal Moushumi Das, Vice-Principal Ragini Singh and Primary Co-ordinator Meera Pal.
The programme started with the lighting of the lamp followed by welcome dance and song. Some entertaining games such as Antakshari, Riddles and questionnaire rounds were organized for the grandparents. There were around 180 grandparents present in the programme. The students presented Durga Stuti to continue with an obeisance to Goddess Durga. The program ended with Durga Puja Greetings. The grandparents returned happily with gift of tokens.
