SDO inspects cleanliness and arrangements of Chhath Ghats in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur:  The cleanliness and other administrative arrangements were inspected by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Ghatshila Satyaveer Rajak on Thursday visiting various Chhath Ghats under Musabani, Ghatshila and Dhalbhumgarh under the subdivision.
During the inspection in Musabani, the access path to Chhat Ghat, power system was observed and necessary development instructions were given to the Block Development Officer, Musabani police station in-charge, and the local Chhath Puja Committee.
Under the Ghatshila block, cleanliness, transportation and transportation of Chhat Ghats were also inspected in Mawhandar and Swarnarekha river situated in Ghatshila.
Cleanliness of Chhat Ghat Talab located in Narsinghgarh under Dhalbhumgarh Block, way to reach Ghat, power system was inspected.
The Sub-Divisional Officer has appealed to all the devotees to cooperate with the district administration in organizing the festival in a safe manner to prevent corona infection in the light of the state government guidelines.
He said that all the devotees coming to Chhat Ghat must take care of two yards, use of masks and other protective measures so that the prevention of corona infection in the district can be controlled.
