SCCI, Yi Jamshedpur host discussion on family business growth and transformation

Jamshedpur, Mar 19: The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in collaboration with Young Indian (Yi) Jamshedpur and Client Associates, organized an interactive session titled Scaling Legacies – Challenges of Transformation and Opportunities for Growth in Family Businesses. Held at Chamber Bhawan, Bistupur, the event saw participation from over 70 entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.

The session featured expert insights on key aspects of business growth. Vishal Bajaj, Wealth Director at Client Associates, spoke on Private Wealth Management, emphasizing long-term financial planning for sustaining and expanding family wealth. Legal expert Divi Dutta, a partner at Khaitan & Co., highlighted the importance of Estate and Succession Planning, stressing the need for a strong legal framework to ensure business stability. CA Ankur Bhandari discussed Business Growth and Tax Strategies, offering practical guidance on tax planning and structural reforms.

The event simplified complex legal and financial concepts, providing participants with actionable strategies. Engaging panel discussions covered leadership transitions, transparency and dispute resolution. SCCI and YI Jamshedpur reaffirmed their commitment to supporting local businesses with future forums.
