SCCI writes to Jharkhand MPs for direct flight from Ranchi to Jaipur

Jamshedpur, April 3: Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SCCI) has requested all MPs of Jharkhand for a direct flight from Ranchi to Jaipur.

SCCI president Vijay Anand Moonka said all the 14 MPs of Jharkhand have been written letters by SCCI in this connection.

He said that the members of the Chamber as well as the native residents of Rajasthan living in the state of Jharkhand, as well as people from all over Jharkhand, keep visiting Jaipur every day.

He said that in the first phase, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, in the second phase, Chief Minister Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister Jharkhand Hemant Soren were requested to start direct flight from Ranchi to Jaipur. In the third phase, all the MPs have been requested to start a direct flight from Ranchi to Jaipur by correspondence.

He informed that a large number of people from Jharkhand state come from different parts of Rajasthan especially Jaipur, Salasar, Khatu, Jhunjhunu, Ajmer, Kota etc. Unfortunately, there is no direct flight to Jaipur, which inevitably results in train journey from here or take flights from Kolkata. It really takes a lot of time and in case of emergency people are not able to reach Jaipur or any part of Rajasthan on time. Rajasthan is famous for being a religious place for pilgrimage as well as for tourism and educational institution and this is the reason why direct flight from Ranchi to Jaipur is essentially necessary.
