Jamshedpur, August: The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in a letter to the senior Divisional engineer (East) of the south eastern railway of Chakradharpur mentioned the problems being faced by commuters passing through the Railway crossing in Jugsalai.
Through the letter general secretary of SCCI Shravan Kr. Kabra, indicated the issue of the road that comprises of several puddle holes that make driving difficult.
He also mentioned the previous letter sent by SCCI in the month of May 2015 to which no action has been taken. With monsoon in mind, he requested the officials to reconstruct the roadway as soon as possible.
Vehicles have to pass through the gateway slowly & carefully and during peak hours there can be seen agglomeration of vehicles. Also accidents happen quite often.
He pleaded the department of renovating the roadway before the festival of Durga Puja which sees visitors from across states and the poor situation of the track could just worsen the situation.
