He is an alumnus of St. Xavier�s College, Calcutta University. He has done his research on Indo Bangladesh relationship and authored a number of books in Political Science.
He has worked as a professor in Amity University; he has successfully handled the charges of Delhi Public Secondary School, Barasat and Delhi Public School, Knowledge City, Kolkata as Principal.
