Ranchi: Former MLA of Jamshedpur West and a senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Saryu Roy today said that the case lodged by the Central Bureau of Investigation against Niira Radia, Madhu Koda and others in the iron ore mines allocation scam was �justified�.
In a statement issued here on Thursday, Roy said he had demanded an investigation into the allegations of scam in the allotment of mines after the issuance of the tape pertaining to the conversation between the accused persons regarding the bribe of Rs 100 crore. He also alleged that he was threatened over phone by one of the accused persons.
