Saryu Roy show-causes secretary for delay

Jamshedpur, Aug 27: State food and civil supplies minister Saryu Roy directed the department secretary to explain the cause of delay in the promotion of marketing officers and block supply officers as assistant district supply officers. He said the department secretary or additional secretary should conduct an inquiry and fix responsibility for the delay. He said the additional secretary of the department should also review the work of all branch offices and take appropriate action in the compliance of any departmental order or directive.
