Saryu Roy pays tribute to Khudiram Bose on martyrdom day

Jamshedpur, August 11: Jamshedpur East legislator Saryu Roy along with party members of Bharatiya Jantantra Morcha (BJM) paid floral tribute to Shahid Khudiram Bose on his martyrdom day at Mango. Reflecting on the courage and sacrifice of Khudiram Bose, Roy, in his reflection stated, “Khudiram Bose embarked on his revolutionary path at the tender age of 18. Originally from Kolkata, Bose joined the Swadeshi movement in Muzaffarpur. Driven by a deep resolve to dismantle the oppressive British regime in India, he carried out the famous bombing incident against a British official. He was arrested and sent to the gallows at the young age of 19 years on August 11, 1908.”

Among others present along with Saryu Roy on the occasion were The tribute event was organized under the leadership of BJM Ulidih Mandal President Prem Saxena, District President Subodh Srivastava, Kulwinder Singh Pannu, Sanjeev Acharya, Dharmendra Prasad, Praveen Singh, Akash Shah, Kanhaiya Ojha, Rajan Rajput, Santosh Bhagat, Sheshnath Pathak, Raghavendra Singh, Mankeshwar Pandey, Indu Shekhar Singh, Neeraj Sao, Abhijeet Senapati, Ashok Singh, Yogendra Sahu, Sagar Dutta, and several other dedicated workers.
