Sarkar Apke Dwar camps at all blocks and civic bodies in East Singhbhum

7847 applicants on day- I, 2332 complaints executed on spot

Jamshedpur, Oct 12: The second edition of ‘Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ (your scheme, your government at your doorstep) program launched by chief minister at Giridih on Wednesday was simultaneously started in all the blocks and municipal bodies from October 12-22.

The schemes were held at Muturkham Panchayat of Bahragora, North Ichda of Musabani, Asna of Ghatshila, Keruadungri of Jamshedpur Sadar, Tentala of Potka, Kuchiasholi of Chakulia, Kumdashol of Dumaria, Balijudi of Kamalpur Gudabanda of Patmada, Dhalundergad in Dhalgarh, JNS Community Upa, Diyadal Bhum, JNS Community Building.

 The camp was organized at Naseem Marriage Hall under Jugsalai Municipal Council, Idgah Maidan and Jawahar Nagar Urdu Middle School Murda Maidan Mango under Mango Municipal Corporation.

In first day of the camp till 06:30 pm, out of total applications received, 7847 were entered online, out of which 2332 applications were executed on the spot in the camp and remaining applications are under process.

 Panchayat level camp is scheduled in Bodam block from October 15. Out of the special focus schemes, distribution of dhoti-sari lungi among 2746 beneficiaries under Sona Sobran Dhoti Sari scheme, 49 applications for KCC, 88 of various caste-death/residential/income certificates under Service Guarantee Act,  79 were registration on e-shram portal, 20 on  electricity problem, 23 on rent receipt,  111 on Chief Minister livestock scheme, 33 of Phoolo Jhano Ashirwad Yojana were lodged.

A total 2878 applications under Food Security Act and 619 applications under Social Security (Blanket Distribution / Sarvajan Pension / Savitri Bai Phule Samridhi Yojana) were  received.

The Deputy Commissioner attended the program at Mosaboni and  inspected the stalls of all the departments and instructed the deputed personnel to inform the villagers about the schemes, along with getting maximum number of applications.

Special attention would be given to ensure that the villagers coming to the camp could get the benefits of maximum schemes she instructed. She also spoke with the villagers and informed them about Sarvajan Pension, Phoolo Jhano Ashirwad Yojna, Savitri Bai Phule Samridhi etc., and asked other people to join the camp and take advantage of the schemes.

Street plays are being performed in all the camps, promotion of schemes is also being done with LED vans and through microphone.
