Saraswati Puja celebrated with piety and enthusiasm in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: On the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, Saraswati Puja was celebrated with great fervor across all three districts of the Kolhan region on Wednesday. In both, government and private schools, as well as in coaching institutes, idols of Goddess Saraswati were installed and worshipped. Whether in urban or rural areas, schools, educational institutions, and various other localities witnessed devotion and reverence towards Goddess Saraswati during the puja. Children were visibly excited about the Saraswati Puja, displaying a special enthusiasm. Students enthusiastically participated in the puja, offering prayers to Goddess Saraswati. Large numbers of young boys and girls gathered at all puja pandals to worship the Goddess of knowledge, Saraswati. The celebratory atmosphere in all three districts of the Kolhan region was immersed in the devotional fervor of Saraswati Puja.

 

Saraswati Puja Organized by Shriman Classes

 

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Shriman Classes organized Saraswati Puja at Buddha Mandir Maidan. On this occasion, besides the students, various bank employees, officials, administrative officers, and popular persons including Saryu Roy, MLA of Jamshedpur East, Pankaj Sinha, Deputy President of Zila Parishad, Rajkumar Singh, Former Vice President of ZP, Girish Ojha, Dhananjay Shukla, Manoj, Former Commissioner Vijay Kumar Singh, litterateur and poet Shailendra Pandey, Ragini Bhushan, Soni Sugandha, journalist Jayprakash Rai, Satyendra Prasad, Sanjay Prasad, Sunil Mukherjee of VBDA, Pradeep Ghoshal, and representatives of other social organizations, along with devotees, participated in this festival.

 

Saraswati Puja organized at Vinay IAS Academy

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Saraswati Puja was organized in a grand scale by Vinay IAS Academy at Ambagan Maidan inb Sakchi where Bhog (consecrated food) waqs partaken by more than 1,500 guests and devotees. Among those present at the auspicious occasion were Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy, former Vice President of Zila Parishad Rajkumar Singh, Raj Kishore Singh of Brahm Rishi Society, along with Uday Singh, Kunal Singh, Vikas Singh, student leader Parvinder Singh, and Radheshyam Tiwari.

Saraswati Puja celebration at Jay Prakash School

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Saraswati Puja was celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm at Jay Prakash School at Jay Prakash Nagar in Sankosai. Devotion and gaiety marked the atmosphere in the school. On this sacred day, the Matru-Pitru Pujan Divas (Parents Worship Day), was also observed during which a large number of parents attended. Students warmly welcomed their parents by applying vermillion marks on the elders’ foreheads and sandal paste thereby highlighting the cultural values. The presence of parents amidst their children’s cultural rituals was deeply appreciated. Prasad was distributed among all present. 

Saraswati Puja at RVS Academy

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Saraswati Puja was celebrated at RVS Academy with great devotion and enthusiasm. The Chairman of the school,  Binda Singh,  Principal, Veesha Mohindra, Vice-Principal, Anita Tiwari, teachers, students and other staff members worshipped the Goddess of knowledge. Everybody invoked the blessings of the Goddess of Wisdom and intellect for the academic success of the students and prayed to provide them wisdom and knowledge. The teachers prayed for the students’ allround success including in the forthcoming ISC and  ICSE Board Exams and for them to have a successful academic and career growth.

Saraswati Puja at Xavier Public School, Kitadih

 

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Saraswati Puja was organized at Xavier Public School, Kitadih. On this occasion, the Chairperson of R.J. Welfare Society, Poonam Jha, Secretary Raman Jha, Treasurer J.M. Dubey, Vice Principal Ankita Tiwari along with Suman Kumari, Akanksha Dubey, Himanshu Bharadwaj, Shweta, Simran, Preetika, Rajni, Alka, and others were present. School children and parents also participated in Saraswati Puja. Prasad was distributed after prayers.

 

Saraswati Puja Celebrated at Education Nirnayan School

Jamshedpur, Feb 14: Saraswati Puja was celebrated in at Education Nirnayan School in Telco on Wednesday. The worship of Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, was performed, with everyone offering flowers to her. The teachers also sang hymns in praise of Saraswati. Prasad was distributed among all present. On the occasion of Basant Panchami, the annual magazine of the school was  launched. School management committee members, Principal Sunita Dey, and Vice Principal Rajni Pandey were present at the event.
