Saraikela, Oct. 26: Padmashree Guru Pandit Gopal Prasad Dubey has expressed concern over the delay in incorporating Saraikela Chhau in Kolhan University curriculum.
The university Arts Center director Tapan Patnaik had earlier assured that the Chhau would be a part of the course.
However, Dubey pointed out that till date Kolhan University authorities have not prepared the syllabus.
He stressed on the fact that the Art Centre should strive to respect as well as preserve this dance form.
Dubey said that they are waiting for reply from Chief Minister of Jharkhand in this regard.
