Ranchi: Radha Raman Prasad, father of Sanjay Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand cum Principal Secretary of Information and Public Relations Department (IPRD), passed away on Wednesday late night in Patna.
He was 85 year old. He suffered from breathing difficulty and was under treatment in a hospital in Patna.
He will be remembered as a man who followed the principle of �plain living, high thinking�. He is survived by a large family.
