Gamharia, Oct 25: ‘The Sapphire,’ by M/s Samay Homes Group is all set for its grand inauguration on Sunday, October 29th. This momentous event will take place at the project site in Satbahini, located in Gamharia within the Adityapur Nani area.

Group Director Rajesh Singh shared details about the project during a press conference, highlighting its commitment to providing an eco-friendly and pollution-free environment. ‘The Sapphire,’ a landmark project, is slated to offer luxury flats with one to four bedrooms in its initial phase. Additionally, the project will include the construction of four-bedroom bungalows/triplex residences.

During the inauguration of ‘The Sapphire,’ special cultural programs are planned to enhance the celebration. Notably, the event will feature the participation of renowned Mumbai film stars, including Akshara Singh and Lipika Samanta, along with their respective teams. The press conference also had the presence of the company’s advisor, Dr. MS Singh ‘Manas,’ as well as managers Mithun Banerjee and Charanjit Singh.
