Jamshedpur: Members of the city-based social organization Samadhan provided a sewing machine to one Rinki Devi of Nildih on Saturday in a bid to help her attain self-employment. They said the purpose of giving sewing machine to the woman was to help her earn a living by using her sewing skills. The outfit patron Dinesh Kumar said Samadhan keeps organizing such events to make women independent.
Among others present on the occasion included Poonam Vig, Beena Khirwal, Madhu Prasad and Amarjeet Singh Raja.
