Jamshedpur, May 11: Samadhan on Wednesday launched awareness drive in Gadra, Rahargora, Ghatshila Road and Bodam areas and distributed free ‘Sakhi-Saheli’ product among women.
The hygienic products are targeted at women to help them adopt hygienic habits to avoid causing serious illnesses. The awareness drive will continue in several rural areas and bastis of the district.
The drive was headed by Poonam Vig, president of Samadhan in presence of Harjit Bhatia, Amit Mahendru, Sunita Sachdev, Ruchita Vig and others told the women about the importance of sanitary napkins.
