Jamshedpur: The fourth foundation anniversary of Sri Sainath Devsthan temple was celebrated with fervour under the aegis of Sai Parivar Vishwa Seva at Ghorabandha, Telco, on Friday.
The puja was performed under the guidance of head priest Nandlal Mishra in the presence of Chandrashekhar Rai and Alka Rai. It started at 5.30 am with Kakar Aarti and concluded around 9 pm with Sej Aarati of Sai Baba.
Mahaprasad distribution took place around 1 pm wherein a large number of devotees from different localities converged to receive the �mahaprasad�. At 3 pm, a palaki yatra (palanquin procession) was taken out from the temple premises.
The procession moved through local bustis and concluded at the temple. Around 6.30 pm, members of the Satsang committee presented a bhajan. Various other events were organized by the temple committee members and volunteers.
Among those present on the occasion included HN Ram, Mithilesh Singh Yadav, Ujjwal Kumar, Ramashraya Prasad, Rajeev Kumar, Anoop Ranjan, SK Mishra, Dr Manoj Sinha and Rashmi Narayan.
