Jamshedpur, March 5: Employees of Tata-Robins Fraser (TRF) took the national safety pledge on the occasion of the national safety day on Saturday.
The national safety flag was unfurled at all its units and several activities with the objective of enhancing awareness were announced as part of safety awareness week.
Some of the activities planned for the week are safety spot quiz, essay, poster and slogan competition. The safety department has also planned safety mock drill, house competition and �nukkad natak�.
Speaking on the occasion, the MD, Sudhir Deoras said that safety is the responsibility all employees.
Every employee must work safely and ensure that his colleagues also conduct themselves safely. The loss of life or earning capacity due to a major injury is a loss to the family.
