Jamshedpur, June 28: On the fifth day of the Inter-Team and Inter-School Football Tournament organized by the Tata Motors Sports Department, two exciting matches were held at Sumant Mulgaonkar Stadium on June 28.
In the inter-company category, Indigo Fighters faced Prime Challenger in a tightly contested match. Indigo Fighters secured a narrow victory with a 1–0 score-line, showcasing disciplined defense and sharp coordination.
The second match saw Safari Royals take on Nano Warriors. Both teams displayed aggressive gameplay in the first half, but Safari Royals dominated in the latter half, ultimately winning the match 2–0.
The tournament continued to attract football enthusiasts and was fostering competitive spirit and teamwork among participants from various teams and schools. (w/gsd)
