Gulmohar High School clinches second place
Jamshedpur: Sacred Heart Convent School emerged as the winner of the 34th Inter-School Seuli Seal Memorial Quiz Contest, hosted by D.B.M.S. English School on January 24, 2025. The event, held in memory of Seuli, a former student of the school who passed away on March 3, 1989, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 24 schools.

The quiz, open to students of classes V, VI, and VII, was conducted by renowned quizmaster Vinod Menon, known for hosting inter-school and ASISC quiz competitions. After a rigorous preliminary round testing students’ knowledge across diverse subjects, six teams advanced to the finals: Sacred Heart Convent School, D.B.M.S. English School, Kerala Public School Kadma, Little Flower School, Gulmohar High School, and Hill Top School.

The final comprised five engaging rounds, challenging participants to demonstrate their quick thinking and knowledge on a variety of topics. In a closely fought contest, Sacred Heart Convent School secured the top spot with 290 points. Gulmohar High School came second with 279 points, while Little Flower School finished third with 253 points.

The quiz was attended by members of the School Management Committee including Principal Rajani Shekhar, and Vice-Principal P.K. Sahu.

The audience, which included students and faculty, thoroughly enjoyed the infotainment quiz that combined education with entertainment.
