Sacred Heart Convent School crowned overall champion at Carmel Summit 2024

Jamshedpur, August 10: The Carmel Summit 2024 organised Carmel Junior College concluded on August 10 with an awards ceremony celebrating outstanding performances across various events.

Sacred Heart Convent School emerged as the Overall Champions, with Loyola School and Little Flower School securing the first and second runner-up positions respectively. The summit showcased a range of talents, with individual honors awarded in several categories.

Rijul Tripathi from Gulmohur High School won Best Speaker for ‘Juris Decorus’, while Aryan Mishra of Loyola School and Harnoor Sandhu of Sacred Heart Convent School shared the Best Speaker award for ‘The Youth Parliament’.

In the entrepreneurship arena, Arushi Sinha from Sacred Heart Convent School stood out, being named Best Entrepreneur in the ‘Boom Merchant’ event and receiving a cash prize of Rs. 5,000 along with a trophy.

The prize distribution ceremony, which marked the end of this year’s summit, concluded with a vote of thanks by student Bhoomika Tripathy.

Principal Sister Sharel expressed her satisfaction with the event’s success, congratulating faculty members and students for their dedication and hard work.

Looking ahead, the organizers have already set their sights on Carmel Summit 2025, promising to maintain the same level of zeal and fervour in the coming year. The success of this year’s event has set a high bar, leaving participants and organizers alike eager for what the next summit will bring.
