RVS College Jamshedpur to host 6th IEEE conference

Jamshedpur, Jan 28: RVS College of Engineering & Technology, Jamshedpur, is set to organize the 6th IEEE International Conference on “Recent Trends in Computer Science and Technology” on January 29 and 30.

The two-day international conference will bring together academicians, researchers, and industry experts from across the globe.

The inaugural session will be graced by the Jharkhand Governor, Santosh Gangwar, as the Chief Guest.

Several research papers will be presented during the conference, covering a wide range of contemporary topics such as properties of advanced construction materials, cloud cost optimization, machine learning model security and privacy, and modernization of legacy banking systems.

Contributors include researchers from institutions like NIT Jamshedpur, IIT Jodhpur, James Cook University Singapore, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (USA), among others.

Speaking on the occasion, Binda Singh, Chairman of RVS Educational Trust, said that the institution consistently strives to enable students to make a mark not only in Jharkhand but across India in the field of technology.

He highlighted that RVS Engineering College has produced 15 university gold medalists, reflecting its academic excellence.

The Trust Secretary, Bharat Singh, who is personally overseeing the arrangements of the conference, emphasized the importance of focusing on the development and application of latest technologies in a rapidly changing global environment.

He added that the institution provides a clean, disciplined, and supportive learning atmosphere for students.

Treasurer Shatrughan Singh stated that such international conferences help students stay informed about cutting-edge research and technological advancements worldwide.

Conference Chairman and Principal of the college, Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to contributing towards the Government of India’s vision of a Developed India.

He said that the college is continuously adopting new technologies and building global academic collaborations.

Conference Convener Prof. Krishna Murari informed that more than 900 research papers were received from different parts of the world, out of which around 200 papers were selected after a rigorous review process.

Scholars from the USA, China, Indonesia, Nepal, and other countries will participate, making the conference a truly global academic platform
