Seraikela: The Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Abhishek Kumar Singh conducted driving test of motorcyclists who had applied for driving licence for two-wheelers in Seraikela on Saturday.
He recommended to issue driving licence to the successful applicants.
He said that motorcyclists should follow traffic rules and possess driving licence in order to drive at a public place.
