Jamshedpur, Sept 14: Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Pradeep Verma has urged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to approve and allocate a budget of Rs 400 crore for the expansion of the Tatanagar Coaching Depot.
In his letter, Dr. Verma highlighted that the growing passenger demand and future requirements made the expansion essential. The proposed project would not only enhance train maintenance facilities but also create opportunities for the introduction of new train services.
ZRUCC member Arun Joshi expressed gratitude to Dr. Verma, appreciating his initiative and efforts to strengthen railway infrastructure in Jamshedpur.
