Ranchi, March 29: Development Commissioner Amit Khare said that in FY 2016-17, Rs. 32,277.41 crore has been spent under planned heads till 28th March which is 88.1 per cent of Planned Budget provisions (Rs 36,673.91 crore).
As per the current trends, more than 90 per cent fund is expected to be spent by 31st March.
Khare said that Rs. 31,287.08 crore was spent in the last financial year 2015-16 which included loan installment of 6,136.37 crore under UDAY Yojana.
The departments which have spent more than 90 per cent in the current FY include Road Construction, Urban Development, Welfare, Drinking Water and Sanitation, High and Technical Education, Rural Development and Building Construction.
