Rourkela-Puri Express to remain cancelled on December 4

Jamshedpur, Nov 30: Due to Traffic-cum-Power Block for the construction of the Limited Height Subway in the Sambalpur Division of East Coast Railway, the Rourkela- Puri Express will remain cancelled. The 18125 Rourkela-Puri Express will remain cancelled on  December 4, as per a notification issued by Garden Reach, the Kolkata-based headquarters of South Eastern Railway. The 18126 Puri-Rourkela Express will also remain cancelled on December 4.

Meanwhile, in view of the demand of the passengers, South Eastern Railway has been decided to stop 13302/13301 Tatanagar-Dhanbad-Tatanagar Subernarekha Express at Barabhum on an experimental basis for a period of six months from December 2 to June 1 next year. 13302 Tatanagar-Dhanbad Subernarekha Express will arrive at Barabhum at 5.03 pm and will depart at 5.05 pm.

In the return direction, 13301 Dhanbad-Tatanagar Subernarekha Express will arrive at Barabhum at 9.50 am and will depart at 9.52 am.

Barabhum railway station is a railway station on Purulia–Tatanagar line of Adra railway division of Indian Railways’ South Eastern Railway zone. It is situated beside Baghmundi Road, Balarampur at Rangadih in Purulia district of West Bengal. This railway station serves Balarampur CD Block and Baghmundi area.Total 30 trains including Express and passenger trains stop at Barabhum railway station.
