Jamshedpur, August 10: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur with an aim to bring happiness to the faces of children who are not privileged visited Ghagidih Jail remand home to celebrate Rakhis with the children.
Members of the Club headed by President Arun Jha tied Rakhis on the wrist of children, distributed sweets & old clothes among children to bring little bit of happiness in their lives.
President Arun Jha, Secretary Anil Dhandhania, Past President K L Chachra, Dr Mrs Rita Jha, Shekhar Jha, Sanjeev Sehgal, Rotary spouse & First lady Poonam Jha, Radhika Dhandhania, Neelam Wadera, Anupama Sehgal and others were present on the occasion.
Rotary spouses, headed by Poonam Jha, Babita Kedia and others also celebrated Rakhi amongst children of toddler school that the Club runs at their Deeksha centre.
Tiny tots tied rakhi in each other�s wrists and wished Happy Rakhi to each other. Sweets & gifts were distributed amongst them.
