Rotary West’s medical camp benefits 80 at Hari Sundarpur

Jamshedpur, September 25: Rotary club of Jamshedpur West organised a medical camp at their adopted village Hari Sundarpur near Gamharia on Sunday. Around 80 people of all age groups underwent general health Check-ups and received medicine.

Dr K.M. Gandhi, Dr Sujata Mitra and Dr Lokesh rendered their services as doctors in the camp.

Few Patients who needed further specialized investigations were referred to government hospital or Rotary doctors for further treatment.

For the first time medical cards with Rotary logo and Club’s name were issued to villagers for keeping record of their health chart.

Old clothes were also distributed amongst people. Procurement division of Tata Steel also joined hands and volunteered in making the camp successful by their physical presence and helping in buying medicines
Members of Rotary west present at the camp were President Alakananda Bakshi, Abhijit Mitra, Dr Sujata Mitra, Dr K.M Gandhi, Rajnish Talwar, Aklavya Rajan, Sanjeev Sehgal, Anupama Sehgal, Neeta Agarwal, Varsha Gandhi, Rohit Goel, Achinto Banerjee and others contributed towards making the camp successful.
