Jamshedpur: Planting trees is a must if we want to save our planet and to maintain the life support system of the planet Earth. However with the changing times human greed has taken over and now environment is showing its wrath all over the globe manifesting itself in the form of global warming.
In order to spread awareness Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City organized a drive to plant medicinal saplings – Aloevera and Basak. This drive was conducted in the Balika Uchch Vidyalaya & Madhavsingh Uchch Vidyalaya on Monday in presence of more than 100 students.
A drawing competition was also conducted for the students on the topic “Save the Environment” and prizes were given for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd position.
