
Jamshedpur: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City on Friday observed World Water Day at Dimna Middle School and made the students aware on how to save water.
President Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City Hetal Adesara welcomed the interactors of Mount Litera and introduced them to the class of 150 students of Std.7&8.
One of the interactors spoke about how to save water and its various methods.
Another spoke about irrigation and the one of them informed the process of rain water harvesting.
Interactors present were Aman Bagria, Jasmeet Kaur, Malaika Rahim, Chandan Meher. The moderator was Akshay Agarwal.
The Interactors presented a token of appreciation specially made by them to the Principal of the school Pandey.
Vote of thanks was extended by the President, she thanked the Principal, the school, the teachers, and the interactors for taking out their valuable time.
Principal and the school teachers thanked Rotary team and the interactor students for making the event successful.
