Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West plants 500 saplings

Jamshedpur, July 1: In a bid to promote environmental sustainability and community well-being, the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West organized a tree plantation event on July 1, 2024. The event included the distribution of cupcakes and bananas among the villagers of Chimti Paharia.

The tree plantation drive was part of the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur’s ongoing efforts to combat climate change, enhance biodiversity, and improve air quality. The initiative also aimed to foster a sense of community and responsibility towards the environment among the villagers.

This initiative was not just about planting trees; it was also about planting hope and creating a greener, more sustainable future for the residents of Chimti Paharia Village.
