Tata Motors Union Leader RK Singh Meets CM Hemant Soren

Jamshedpur: RK Singh, the General Secretary of the Tata Motors Workers Union, met with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday. During the meeting, the union leader briefed the Chief Minister on the current industrial landscape of Jamshedpur and urged the state government to prioritize the welfare of industrial workers.

RK Singh noted that a robust order book for manufacturing companies is the primary driver of satisfaction for both management and the workforce. He credited the current administration’s tenure for the steady flow of orders being received by local industries. Singh observed that not only Tata Motors but also its vast network of ancillary small and medium-scale industrial units are flourishing. He emphasized that if this momentum continues, it will unlock a significant number of new employment opportunities across Jharkhand.

The meeting was attended by other prominent political leaders, including MLA Jaimangal Singh and MLA Mangal Kalindi. The discussion centered on maintaining industrial harmony and ensuring that the benefits of the state’s economic growth reach the grassroots level of the labor force.
