Retired teacher denied pension due to lack of Aadhar Card

Gamharia, March 31: Retired school teacher Sandhya Rani Mishra has been denied pension due to lack of Aadhar card.

The 80-year-old teacher�s thumb impression is not been read by computer due to which he has been denied the card.

In this regard, the teacher said that Kandra branch of Punjab National Bank has not paid her pension from December.

She has made several attempts, but still the delivery of her card is delayed. She retired from the Department of Education, Sindri Fertilizer Company, and was receiving pension from 1997.
