Retired Tata Steel UISL Jamshedpur employees get farewell

Jamshedpur, May 23: In a gesture of appreciation and gratitude, the JUSCO Shramik Union, the recognized union of Tata Steel UISL (formerly JUSCO), organized a farewell ceremony for five retired employees. The retirees, including Himanshu Battacharjee from Town Electrical, Saroj Kumar Gope from Water Management, Rudra Prasad from PHS, Nisar Ahmed Ansari from Town Electrical, and Dinesh Kumar Thakur from Water Management, were honored during the event held on Thursday at the Jusco Labor Union office in Bistupur.

The retirees were adorned with floral garlands and bestowed with heartfelt wishes for a prosperous post-retirement life. Additionally, they were presented with gift vouchers as tokens of appreciation. Union President Raghunath Pandey, along with officials like Amar Tiwari and Treasurer Gopal Jaiswal, graced the occasion, offering their best wishes and expressing gratitude for the retirees’ dedicated service over the years.
