Restoration work in Tata Steel agencies from January 

Jamshedpur, November 25: Restoration of Tata Steel Technical Services and Tata Steel Support Services, two companies created by Tata Steel, will begin in January 2024.

In this, priority will be given to registered relations other than sons and daughters of employees. At present, around 350 restoration is going to happen through this. All the outsourced employees of Tata Main Hospital (TMH) have been brought into Tata Steel Support Services Company. In this company, such employees will be reinstated who have non-technical needs.

Two companies will do 50 percent work of Tata Steel. Technical hand will be reinstated in Tata Technical Services Company. Under this, there will be no restoration in Block 1 and Block 2 of Tata Steel.

Now reinstatement will take place directly in these companies only. About 50 percent of the work within Tata Steel will be outsourced to these two companies. In Tata Steel Support Services, restoration will be done in many non-essential departments including Sports Department, TMH. All the nurses and maintenance workers of TMH have been taken to this company. According to the information, many such services, technical and maintenance job employees of Tata Steel will be reinstated.

Apart from Trade Apprentice in Technical Services, many other recruitments will also be done. It is said that apart from Trade Apprentice in Technical Services, many other recruitments will also be done through this.

Restoration has been done through these companies in all the plants from Kalinganagar plant of Tata Steel. At present, all the permanent jobs which are non-technical will be reinstated within the Jamshedpur plant of Tata Steel, after which there will also be reinstatement of lower level technical hands.

Tata Workers Union president Sanjeev Chaudhary said that two companies have been formed. At present all the employees on the rolls are in Tata Steel only. This agreement was already in place, which has just been implemented in Jamshedpur.
