Remove debris from Jugsalai railway crossing: Anil Modi

Mail News Service

Jamshedpur: District BJP general secretary Anil Modi Wednesday demanded removal of debris lying on road near Jugsalai railway level crossing by the district administration. He said the debris should have been removed right after the anti-encroachment drive launched near the crossing by the district administration.

Modi, who visited the demolition site with party workers and local residents, alleged that the administration had failed to clean the area after pulling down buildings marked as illegal structures encroaching the railway land. Despite the passage of seven days, the administration has not cleared the roads. As a result, people are being compelled to negotiate their way through the narrow road.

The BJP leaders who accompanied Modi included Prakash Joshi, Nagendra Pandey, Hannu Jain, Ranjeet Upadhyaya and Raj Kishore Gupta.
