Jamshedpur : Rajnikant Verma, regional deputy director of education, Kolhan today warned 12 staff of the district education office including the district superintendent of education Indra Bhushan Singh and Mukesh Kumar Sinha, the district education officer.
Verma was surprised to see very few staff at Dhatkidih office office. The staff a day’s was cut for not reporting to the office on time. The RDDE was here on a surprise visit and to check the situation of education here in the East Singhbhum district.
Verma also conducted a meeting to know about the arrangements made on Teacher’s Day for the prime minister Narendra Modi to address children across the nation. After the meeting he found things satisfactory.
The district has also asked Urdu Schools too keep themselves open on Fridays and enjoy Teacher’s Day and at the same time they can listen to the prime minister’s speech too.
After his meeting in Jamshedpur, Verma left for a surprise inspection in Kasturba Ganndhi Balika Vidyalaya in Potka block of East Singhbhum.
