Jamshedpur, June 25: Bistupur Shanti Samiti cum Police Public Samanvya Samiti put up a refreshment camp near the Bistupur Police Station on the occasion of Rath Yatra organised by International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKON) Jamshedpur on Sunday.
Cold water and refreshment were served to the devotees who were present in the chariot festival in large numbers. Members of the samiti with the help of the administration played a vital role in managing the traffic system.
Jamshedpur MP Vidhut Varan Mahato also served the devotees and the samiti members distributed Prasad among the people.
Present on the occasion were Prabhakar Singh, Gurucharan Singh, Shailendra Kumar Singh, Satinderpal Singh Bunty, Md. Taslim, Miraj Khan, Bablu Mukhi, Dr. Nasar Firdausi, Rajesh Gupta, Satnam Singh, Devendra Singh played a vital role.
