Jamshedpur, Jan 20: A group of students of XLRI promise to bring out the maximum potential among the school students of Jamshedpur by interacting with them, sharing a journey of the bests and the worst of their personal youth journeys and facilitating students to sail through the tough times and problems they face in day to day life.
Operating under the youth wing of Centre for Education management, Leadership and Research (CEMR) at XLRI, these students are organising a conference in association with Tata steel and Tata Metaliks on a timeless topic based on generation gap �I am justified � Breaking notions�. This conference, in its 2nd version would be platform which would bring together major stakeholders in a student�s life, the student himself/herself, parent and teacher.
There would also be experts addressing the conference delegates regarding various aspects of the theme followed by a moderated discussion. With an aim of reducing the stress in a student�s personal life by influx of all possible efforts, Samarthya is ready to kick off its 2nd version of conference, Reflections 2014 on 22nd January, 2014.
